General
Questions
A notary public is a state-commissioned official authorized to
witness the signing of documents, administer oaths, and verify the
identity of signers. In Michigan, notaries must be commissioned by
the Secretary of State and follow state-specific regulations. Our
notaries at CO.OLOGY Service Group are fully licensed, bonded, and
certified to serve the entire state of Michigan.
We notarize a wide variety of documents including: real estate
deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney, affidavits, wills, trusts,
contracts, loan documents, medical forms, I-9 verification forms,
immigration documents, and more. If you have questions about
specific documents, please call us at
313.573.0260.
Absolutely. We take confidentiality seriously. Your documents and
transactions are handled with complete discretion. We do not share
your personal information or document details with any third
parties. All our team members sign confidentiality agreements, and
we follow strict privacy protocols to protect your information.

Services

to a notary office, our licensed notaries travel to your home,

for those with mobility issues, busy schedules, or urgent needs.
We serve the entire Metro Detroit area including Saint Clair
Shores, Warren, Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, Macomb
Township, Shelby Township, Troy, Rochester, Grosse Pointe, Harper
Woods, Eastpointe, Roseville, and surrounding communities. For
locations outside our standard service area, please contact us to
discuss arrangements.
Our mobile notary fees vary based on the type of document, number
of signatures, and travel distance. Standard notarization starts
at $10 per signature, plus a travel fee based on location. We
offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a
specific quote for your needs.
